  • NDIS stands for the ‘National Disability Insurance Scheme’. The NDIS helps provide support for Australians with a disability, their families and carers. It is run by the NDIA ‘National Disability Insurance Agency’.

  • A support worker is someone who assists individuals with daily tasks. It can range from help around the house, help to go to appointments, accessing the community or going on adventures. If you are interested in becoming a support worker, please contact us via our contact page.

  • If you’d like to book one of our amazing support workers, please get in contact with us via out contact page.

  • At Rise Above Mentoring we offer both ‘Core’ and ‘Capacity Building Supports.’  To find out more please head to our services page about the specific supports we can offer for you.

  • If you are interested in joining the Rise Above Mentoring team as an employee please get in contact. A few requirements that you’ll need to have ready are

    -              Working with children check

    -              Police check

    -              First Aid/CPR certificate

    -              NDIS Worker Screening
